The Greatest Show on Earth is coming to St. Louis! And we are going to see it!
I know I went to the circus as a child, but I don't have a clear memory of the Big Top. I only vaguely remember some kind of glow-in-the-dark toy I got. But I'd like Evie to experience the magic of the circus. I can already imagine the acrobats and elephants and clowns.
So when I heard Ringling Bros. and Barnam & Bailey is bringing their show to St. Louis in November, I decided to purchase tickets. Grandpa will be in town, too, so we'll make it a family affair! I hope this is the start of a new tradition!

I think I'm a little jealous of Evie...I've never even been to the circus! :) Ya'll are going to have an awesome time!
You might also try Circus Flora in STL - my sister in law took her girls this summer and they loved it.
What fun! My parents took us when we were kids..A LONG time ago. They were here last year...
We went when Dennis was two and actually left when we saw the hundreds of protesters. They are coming near us again but I dont think we will be back after the research I did on animal cruelty and Ringling(http://www.circuses.com/ringling.asp). Have an awesome time you all will love it I hope!
sounds likeyou guys will have a lot of fun. i went to a ringling bros. circus when i was little. like you, i don't remember much of it though.
I've never been either, but my son was so afraid of clowns that I don't think he could've gotten past that to see the show! They're coming to Indy this weekend, and some of my co=workers are going. It's about 60 mi. from us.
How neat! We went to the circus in February and Anna Grace LOVED it~
how fun! hopefully we will get to do this when they come to town and Sweet Pea is a little older.
So much fun! Going to the circus is one of my fond childhood memories :) I'm' sure this will be for Evie as well!
